Haynes Glacier () is a broad glacier flowing to Walgreen Coast, to the east of Mount Murphy, in Marie Byrd Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1959-66. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) after Maj. John W. Haynes, United States Marine Corps (USMC), aircraft pilot on Operation Deep Freeze 1967 and 1968, who made a photographic flight over this glacier on January 1, 1967.
